  Love the girls and service. The store is comfortable and welcoming. Today though I was sadly dissapointed with the pricing. . I do have long hair, so I know mine may be significantly dearer to do. However in the last year of being a customer I have had a virtual rainbow of prices, different and varied each time. Today took the cake! Last Thursday I had my hair washed and blow dried (with a purple shampoo, as always) was charged a certain price that was arrived at by the assistant sitting with me and going through everything plus explaining they had had a price rise. No problems. Usual wonderful job, best head massage, happy customer. Today went back in and was told quite firmly and with a talk to the hand attitude that it would be $20.00 more than my last visit for the same, exactly the same. I tried to explain how I felt this unfair and that I came all this way expecting to pay for the same product at the same price. The girl was only doing her job, and just kept referring to their guidelines and that is how it is, and was. Customers are the lifeblood of any business and even though it was all plausable and perfectly within the girls boundaries of power I feel that as a customer relations exercise it was a major fail. Even if I had been charged the former price , warned the next visit would be at the latter price next time , I probably would have not felt as bullied or not respected as a client. Even if the offer or some form of moderation had been offered it would have perhaps made me feel a littlenless like walking out. I probably would have declined such offers and just paid due to pride and sense of doing the right thing. As much as I want to continue going to your salon I feel ethically inclined not to. Loved the girls and service and thankyou but today was embarrassing , expensive and turned me right off with the money hungry attitude. Just to add, I lost one of my gold earings at some stage in the washing or drying and did not even at the as good as it gets price get my usual head massage.
